Who we are
MitigAid Restoration is a locally owned, owner-operated restoration contractor based in Braselton, GA, serving the North Georgia region. We perform the work ourselves. By using this website or requesting service, you agree to these terms.
Requesting service
Submitting a form or calling us is a request for service, not a binding contract. Work begins only once we agree on a scope with you or with the property owner or their authorized representative. Any written agreement or work authorization you sign controls if it conflicts with anything on this website.
Estimates and pricing
Estimates are free and are based on what is visible and measurable at the time of inspection. Water damage frequently hides behind finishes, so scope and price can change once materials come out. We will tell you before the scope changes. Nothing on this website is a quoted price.
Insurance claims
We coordinate directly with your insurance adjuster and provide moisture logs and photo documentation to support your claim. We are not your insurer and do not decide what your policy covers. Coverage, deductibles, and payment remain between you and your insurance company, and you remain responsible for amounts your policy does not cover.
Calls, texts, and consent
When you give us your phone number through this website or by calling us, you agree that we may contact you by phone call, text message, or email about your request, including using an automatic dialing system or prerecorded messages where applicable. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling by telling us during any call or by writing to us. We may still send messages necessary to complete a job already in progress.
Emergencies
This website is not an emergency dispatch system. If there is a fire, a gas leak, an electrical hazard, or a risk to anyone’s safety, call 911 first. For water emergencies, call us directly at (470) 287-0211 rather than using a form, so we can dispatch immediately.
Use of this website
You may use this site for your own, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, attempt to access systems you are not authorized to use, or submit false information. Text, layout, and images on this site belong to MitigAid Restoration or are licensed to us.
Accuracy and limits of liability
Content here is general information about restoration work, not professional advice about your specific property. We keep it current but do not guarantee it is complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by Georgia law, MitigAid Restoration is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits your rights under any signed work agreement.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Questions about these terms can go to the same number that answers our emergency line, 24 hours a day.
