Why we use it
To answer your call or message, dispatch a crew, produce an estimate, document the job with moisture logs and photos, coordinate with your insurance adjuster, invoice you, and keep records required for the work. We also use aggregate site data to improve the website.

When you give us your phone number, you agree we may call or text you about your request, including with an automatic dialing system or prerecorded messages where applicable. Job records, including documentation and photos, are kept as long as needed for the work, for warranty and claim questions, and for the period required by applicable law and our insurance. Inquiries that never become jobs are kept for a shorter period.
