A contractor you can reach, on the job you called about
MitigAid Restoration is a locally owned, owner-operated restoration contractor based in Braselton, Georgia, serving a roughly 40-mile radius around Gainesville and the North Georgia foothills. Direct Provider, not a call center.
MitigAid Restoration works out of Braselton and covers a roughly 40-mile radius around Gainesville, from Buford and Flowery Branch up through Cleveland, Dahlonega, and Toccoa. When you call, a person answers, and the owner is dispatched to the job rather than a rotating subcontractor crew. That is the whole difference between a direct provider and a call center that resells your emergency to whoever is available.
The houses here have their own habits: daylight basements cut into rolling terrain, red clay that holds water at the surface, and hard winter freezes that reach pipe running through unconditioned crawl spaces. Scoping a job around those conditions is how drying plans get sized correctly the first time.
How we work
- 24/7 live answer with immediate dispatch
- Owner on every job, not a rotating subcontractor
- Free estimates
- Direct insurance coordination with your adjuster
- Moisture logs and photo documentation on every job
Three phases, one crew
Live answer, immediate dispatch, source stopped and standing water removed.
Controlled drying, moisture logging, and cleanup until the structure is back to dry standard.
Rebuilding what had to come out, from drywall and flooring through final walkthrough.
What we will not claim
We would rather tell you what we are than pad a page. We do not advertise certifications or credentials we have not confirmed with you in writing, we do not quote a founding year, and we do not post review counts or star ratings we have not earned yet. What we do say is simple: we answer live, we quote free, we document the job, and the owner is there for it.
Every job produces moisture readings and dated photos by room. That record is what we hand to your insurance adjuster, and it is the same record you keep for yourself.
Reviews coming soon
We are collecting reviews from customers across the North Georgia area. Until they are published here, the best read on our work is a conversation: MitigAid Restoration answers live, quotes free, and puts the owner on every job.
